At Amish Built Cabins, we stand behind the superior craftsmanship of our structures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to discuss your concerns and verify if your cabin or accessory is eligible for return.

  Inspection and Documentation

  Provide detailed photographs and a written description of the unit's condition to ensure it meets our resale standards and remains in its original delivered state.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a professional transport service to retrieve the structure from your property at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the cabin passes a final inspection at our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and transportation fees.
